Goal-setting coaching begins with a vision statement: identifying the version of yourself you hope to be as well as potential obstacles. With this information we help you set achievable milestones and assist you on your journey using our proprietary accountability check-ins to guide you in your progress.

Nutrition coaching follows a “meet you where you are” approach, which begins with understanding your personal constraints and preferences. From this point, appropriate general nutrition education and research-based nutrition solutions will help you make targeted and impactful changes to your eating habits. We endorse small, sustainable habits that make large, lasting changes to your well-being.

Our final service is exercise coaching with programming optimized for your fitness priorities and individual circumstances. We begin by reviewing your current level of activity. From there we identify the activities that will make the biggest impact, and finally, we work within your time constraints to develop an individualized program with follow-up during the accountability check-ins.
